Disclaimer: Your reliance on any CVR vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your
own risk. CVR cannot be held liable for any purchases made based on our reports.
Refund Policy: A refund may be issued if both of the following conditions are met:
1. The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
2. The reason for the refund is deemed valid according to our policy.
Valid reasons for a refund include:
- Receiving an empty report
- Being charged twice for the same report
Invalid reasons for a refund include: - Inaccuracies in a report
- Incomplete report
- Untimely report
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
Please note: Monthly fees and subscription terms are clearly stated before purchase and
detailed on the purchase page and in our terms and conditions. Failure to cancel a subscription
before the next billing cycle does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

- Vehicle VIN number
- Reason for the refund
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Method of payment
- PayPal transaction ID or last 4 digits of your credit/debit card
CVR will review all refund requests in accordance with this policy
